Hyrox 12 week Run Coaching By Seamus Smyth

Get 12 weeks of Hyrox Specific Run Coaching built by Seamus Smyth. He will take you from where you are at and program weekly using scientific pacing and heart rate zones that build your endurance and speed.

This program is run specific pacing. You can supplement all your running with strength work and functional fitness or Hyrox Classes. Seamus will advise you on when to do each session, based on your regime.
